Local Impact

When a property decision gets made, something meaningful happens in the community where you are putting down roots.

With every transaction, a portion of my commission goes directly to a local organization or cause. You choose where it goes. Simple, direct, and built into how I work.

This started as a personal commitment and it has stayed that way. There is no committee, no grant cycle, no corporate giving dashboard. There is a closing, a conversation, and an impact.

How it Works

Three steps. One Closing

STEP 1:

We close on your home, whether you're buying or selling.

STEP 2:

A portion of the commission is set aside for the Local Impact Fund.

STEP 3:

You direct where it goes, an organization, a cause, or someone in your community who needs a hand.

If you have an organization close to your heart, we can direct your contribution there.

If you know of a situation close to home, this is a way to show up for them in a real way.

These are organizations I believe in.

Each one serves the communities where I live and work;

Georgetown, Liberty Hill, and the surrounding Hill Country.

The causes I focus on are the ones doing unglamorous, essential work,

keeping families housed, feeding people who are hungry, giving children a voice,

and making sure people in this community have what they need to move forward.

HOUSING

Helping families find and keep stable homes in a market that makes it hard.

FOOD SECURITY

Ensuring families have access to food, week in and week out.

CHILDREN & YOUTH

Advocacy, support, and opportunity for kids who need someone in their corner.

WOMEN & FAMILIES

Support for women and families navigating difficult transitions.
